Objective:
To empower women by raising awareness about gender equality and building their capacity to utilize Self-Help Group (SHG) loans effectively for income-generating purposes. The program focused on encouraging women to adopt financial discipline, repay loans on time, and take proactive steps toward self-employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Key Focus Areas:

• Understanding the importance of gender equality in family and society

• Educating women on productive use of SHG loans

• Guidance on initiating small-scale businesses and entrepreneurial ventures

• Building confidence to pursue financial independence

• Promoting the idea of collective strength through SHGs

Importance of the Program:
Women’s financial literacy and empowerment are vital for community development. This program aimed to equip rural women with the knowledge and motivation to:
