Objective:

The core objective of this Women Empowerment Program was to educate and inspire rural women about their rights, entitlements, and roles in society, both within the household and in the public domain. The sessions focused on helping women understand legal rights, social responsibilities, and available government schemes meant for their development and upliftment.

Program Highlights:

• Interactive sessions with village women

• Discussions on gender equality, legal rights, health, and financial independence

• Encouragement towards self-reliance, education, and participation in community development

• Real-life examples of empowered women from similar backgrounds

• Guidance on accessing welfare schemes and local governance

Impact:

These awareness sessions brought direct engagement with over 100 rural women, many of whom expressed interest in participating in future skill development and livelihood programs. The initiative successfully sowed seeds of confidence, awareness, and collective strength among women at the grassroots level.
