Objective:

To actively participate in the NGO Refresher Training Program organized by DDM NABARD, Deoghar, aimed at enhancing the understanding and execution capacity of NGOs engaged in NABARD-supported initiatives.

Program Overview:

The refresher training session was designed to update participating NGOs about NABARD’s ongoing and upcoming rural development programs. In his inaugural speech, the District Development Manager (DDM) highlighted the objectives of the session, which included strengthening the implementation strategies, promoting transparency, and improving coordination among NGOs working under various NABARD projects.

Key insights were shared by senior officials including the AGM and KVK Head, fostering collaboration and experience-sharing among the participating organizations.

Impact & Learning:

Participation in this training enabled Shreel Foundation to align better with NABARD’s rural development vision, understand updated program guidelines, and build meaningful connections with other NGOs in the region. It reaffirmed our commitment to sustainable rural progress through informed action.
