Objective:

To participate in a One-Day Capacity Building Workshop organized by DDM NABARD, Dumka, aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of field workers associated with NGOs and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

Program Overview:

The workshop was designed to enhance the capacity of grassroots-level field workers, who play a critical role in the implementation of rural development projects. In his inaugural address, the District Development Manager (DDM) highlighted the importance of field-level engagement in the success of NABARD-supported initiatives.

Experts from RSETI and KVK Dumka provided valuable insights on field communication strategies, beneficiary engagement, data documentation, and monitoring and evaluation techniques.

Outcome & Impact:

Shreel Foundation’s participation in the workshop helped strengthen our field team’s understanding of effective rural outreach, field reporting, and the practical implementation of FPO-related activities. It also facilitated valuable networking with other NGOs and institutions working in the development sector.
