Objective:
To build capacity and awareness among participants regarding watershed management and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). The program aimed to promote sustainable agricultural practices through technical knowledge sharing and field-based exposure.

Program Highlights:

• Intensive classroom training on watershed development, sustainable farming, and FPO formation.

• Exposure visit to Dindakoli, Sarath, where participants observed successful implementation of watershed projects and community farming models.

• Sessions led by experts from BIRD, NABARD, and engineering professionals specializing in rural watershed systems.

Outcome:
Participants gained hands-on insights into sustainable agriculture models and the role of FPOs in improving rural livelihoods. The knowledge shared is being utilized by Shreel Foundation to strengthen field-based agricultural interventions in target areas.
