Objective
To participate in refresher training programs organized by NABARD with the aim of updating NGOs about NABARD’s ongoing schemes and development initiatives, and to strengthen grassroots-level collaboration.

1. Refresher Training at Deoghar
Date: 20 September 2023
Venue: GVP Training Center, Deoghar
Participants: Representatives of 30 NGOs, Assistant General Manager (AGM), and KVK Head

Highlights:

• Inaugural session led by DDM NABARD, Deoghar

• Detailed discussion on implementation strategies of NABARD programs

• Focus on local challenges and collaboration opportunities with NGOs

• Emphasis on capacity building and documentation practices

2. Refresher Training at Jama, Dumka
Date: 28 February 2024
Venue: RSETI, Jama, Dumka
Participants: Representatives of 40 NGOs, AGM, and Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK)

Highlights:

• Overview of NABARD’s rural development schemes

• Interaction between NGOs and NABARD officials on field-level challenges

• Sharing of best practices and success stories from implementing agencies

Outcome

• Strengthened collaboration between NABARD and local NGOs

• Better understanding of scheme implementation and reporting formats

• Renewed commitment of NGOs to work effectively at the grassroots level
