Program Overview: A formal meeting was held with the Deputy Commissioner of Deoghar to discuss the proposal for establishing a Bhojan Seva Kendra – a food distribution initiative aimed at providing nutritious meals to the caregivers of admitted patients at Sadar Hospital, Deoghar.

Objective:
To ensure that attendants and caregivers of hospitalized patients, who often stay at the hospital for extended periods, have access to fresh and affordable food.

Follow-up Action:
Following the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner visited Sadar Hospital on March 12, 2020. After assessing the need and feasibility, he approved the establishment of the Bhojan Seva Kendra within the hospital premises.

This initiative marked a significant step toward supporting underserved families and ensuring basic nourishment for those in medical distress.
