Objective
To engage with unemployed women in rural areas and identify the root causes of unemployment while sharing practical and localized solutions to improve their economic conditions through skill-based employment.
Methodology
The camp focused on:
Information sharing about various skill-development programs and employment avenues
Understanding local challenges faced by women in seeking jobs or starting self-employment
Motivating them through interactive dialogue and experience-sharing
Discussing potential partnerships and government schemes for economic upliftment
