To engage with unemployed women, identify the root causes of their unemployment, and explore effective, practical solutions. The program focused on sharing valuable information about various vocational trades and self-employment opportunities to help participants become economically self-reliant.

Outcome:
The session empowered women participants by introducing them to multiple livelihood options and government schemes. Many women showed interest in skill-based training programs and self-help group (SHG) models. The dialogue helped bridge the gap between available opportunities and the lack of awareness, setting the foundation for future training and livelihood initiatives by the Foundation.
