About the Event

On 1st September 2025, Shreel Foundation successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp at the Sadar Hospital Blood Bank, Godda (Jharkhand). The event aimed to promote voluntary blood donation and encourage community participation in saving lives.

A large number of Shreel Foundation volunteers actively participated in the drive. Notably, 11 individuals donated blood for the first time, marking a significant milestone in fostering a culture of compassion and responsibility.

During the camp, the blood donated by Secretary Mr. Rakesh Verma was immediately utilized to save the life of a critically ill woman — a moment that reflected the true essence of humanity and service.

Objective

The main objective of this Blood Donation Camp was to:

• Encourage voluntary blood donation among the youth and general public.

• Support hospitals and patients in need of emergency blood supply.

• Promote awareness about the importance of regular blood donation for a healthier society.

• Strengthen the spirit of seva (selfless service) and collective social responsibility.

• 173+ participants and visitors encouraged the cause.

• 11 first-time blood donors joined the Shreel Foundation family of donors.

• Immediate lifesaving use of donated blood for a patient in need.

• Active support from Blood Bank Officer Mr. Milan Nag and his entire team.
