Objective:
To ensure hygiene, safety, and dignity for women workers by renovating and reinforcing four bathrooms at the Bhojan Seva Kendra. The initiative focused on providing clean, secure, and functional sanitation facilities to support the health and well-being of the team actively engaged in community meal services.

Importance of the Renovation:

• Promotes health and hygiene among female staff and volunteers

• Ensures a safe and private sanitation space, especially critical for women

• Reflects commitment towards inclusive and respectful workplace infrastructure

• Enhances the overall working environment and boosts morale of the team

Impact:

• Over 10 women directly benefited from improved sanitation facilities

• Created a model hygiene zone within the Bhojan Seva Kendra

• Strengthened Shreel Foundation’s infrastructure to better support its social service operations

• Set a positive example of donor-supported development in public service spaces
