Objective:
To spread awareness about the dangerous effects of drug addiction and encourage a drug-free and healthy lifestyle. The campaign aimed to educate local youth and children about the physical, mental, and social harms of substance abuse. Through counseling, awareness camps, and visual media, the program focused on prevention and early intervention.

Importance of Drug Awareness:
Substance abuse is a growing challenge, especially among youth. Drug addiction not only destroys individual health but also affects families, disrupts communities, and leads to increased crime and poverty.
Raising awareness is crucial because it:

• Helps youth make informed decisions

• Reduces stigma around seeking help

• Promotes healthy habits and mental well-being

• Encourages community responsibility and vigilance

• Supports national missions like Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan

• Reached over 200 local youth and children & youth across multiple locations

• Increased understanding of the long-term harm caused by drug use

• Encouraged open dialogue among families and youth about addiction

• Inspired many young participants to take a pledge to stay drug-free

• Strengthened the role of community members in supporting prevention
