Demonstrating compassion and a strong sense of social responsibility, Shreel Foundation successfully helped a separated woman reunite with her family after providing her shelter, care, and official assistance.
On 17 September 2025, during the Bhojan Seva program at Sadar Hospital, Deoghar, an emotionally distressed woman approached the food service center. Upon gentle counselling, the Foundation’s volunteers discovered that she was separated from her family.
Her details were identified as follows:
Name: Bodhni Raut
Age: 47 years
Address: Khattardiha, Komakhan, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Family Members: Husband – Mahesh Yadav; Son – Pawan Raut; Daughter – Dineshwari Yadav
To ensure her safety and identification, Shreel Foundation contacted the Superintendent of Police, Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
Following verification, the Foundation coordinated with Deoghar Administration.
As per the direction of the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Deoghar, the woman was placed under temporary care at Vriddha Ashram, Chanddih, Deoghar, on 18 September 2025.
In the following days, Secretary Mr. Rakesh Verma contacted the woman’s son, Pawan Raut, who immediately traveled from Raipur to Deoghar.
On 27 September 2025, under the official order of the SDO Deoghar, and with all due documentation, Shreel Foundation facilitated the formal handover of Mrs. Bodhni Raut from Vriddha Ashram to her son.
